Revealing the Jewels Part One workshop invites us to wake up into the fullness of our senses and to living fully in our bodies in each moment. It is for anyone who has a curiosity to know more about themselves and their bodies, whether you attend an occasional movement class (Gaga, Tai Chi, Yoga etc) or whether you work with the body (performers, musicians, healing artists etc). We welcome anyone who wants to explore and deepen their movement practice.

The course is divided into three cycles. Cycle 1 is a guided exploration on a Saturday morning over five weeks, where we will work with movement research – with dancer, choreographer and Gaga teacher Adi Weinberg – and explore breath, voice and the story of Taliesin – with storyteller, teacher and performer Cat Gerrard. We will explore how we might awaken the body and our connection to our sensuality, our wildness, our willingness to keep turning up for what we really want and how we can let all of this sink into the body. 

Cycles 2 and 3 (of four weeks each) shift to a different format: a weekly 1.5 hour discussion session, where we have the chance to share and digest our own experiences with the themes from the course. You are invited to journey with us through Cycle 1 as its own full journey or through Cycles 1, 2 and 3.
